What If? Metropolis: Building WIP

What If? Metropolis: Concept Art and Lighting - FEEDBACK PLEASE!
After looking over my concept art, I found the yellow light didn't compliment the colour of the buildings, so I've played around with colours a bit to try and create a better alternative.
What If? Metropolis: Concept Art Edits
I've made some changes to my concept art, including lowering the road to make it a less prominent feature, adding light and drawing structures in the background in order to make the matte painting more interesting. I prefer this version to the original, as I feel it has better colour and composition.

What If? Metropolis: Perspective Ideas
I've made these thumbnails to try and decide what perspective to work with for my final concept art. I've done the buildings as basic blocks just to try and get the perspective right so I will be able to draw the final buildings over the top. I want Taboo to be an intimidating city, colourful yet overbearing and hostile.

What If? Metropolis: Creating Final Building Designs
I'm trying to combine my different building thumbnails in order to create weirder designs. I'm also changing the colour using an overlay layer to make the buildings as strange and colourful as Leigh Bowery's designs. While I like these, I feel I need to experiment with patterns, both on the buildings and the fabric.
