What If? Metropolis: Concept Art and Lighting - FEEDBACK PLEASE!

After looking over my concept art, I found the yellow light didn't compliment the colour of the buildings, so I've played around with colours a bit to try and create a better alternative.

    For me, it should be red - red for danger, red for sex, red for allure etc...!

    I think the first image is giving off a supernatural vibe which might not be what your aiming for but I really like!

    Thank you both! I think the feel the red gives off is more what I need, especially since it's based on Leigh Bowery, though I do like the first one.
